The platform is not a new business line. It is the proprietary technology layer beneath the three disciplines we already run: physical commodities, special-situations real estate and real-assets advisory. Built in-house, used first for our own origination, and opened selectively to the counterparties we work with.
Overview
A self-learning, self-healing AI platform that runs real-asset origination end to end, from registry ingestion through target identification, dossier assembly and outreach preparation. The pipeline widens its coverage and sharpens its precision as it runs. What an analyst might do for a single asset in a week, it does continuously, across a whole market.
United Kingdom
The platform ingests HM Land Registry and Companies House data and cross-references ownership, charges and insolvency status. From that it surfaces distressed, dormant and bona vacantia assets, and the site-assembly opportunities that only appear once fragmented ownership is mapped. These are positions a manual search would rarely connect.
Australia
Across the Australian states it reads the mining and petroleum tenement registers alongside ASIC and WAMEX. Each tenement is scored for dormancy and in-ground value, isolating those that hold quantified resources with no active work programme. The output is a shortlist of ground that is held but not worked.
Oil and gas
Lodestar is the origination, sourcing, intelligence and broking layer for physical hydrocarbons. It maps counterparties, cargo flows and dormant capacity across the market, and connects the two sides of a trade that are hard to see at once. It is where our commodities work and the platform meet.
Architecture
The spatial core is PostGIS on Amazon RDS, with ETL on ECS Fargate and LLM agents for enrichment, classification and dossier drafting. Facts are stored as provenance-tracked assertions rather than static records, so every one carries its source and its decay. A self-healing loop re-verifies stale data automatically, which keeps the picture current without manual upkeep.

The platform is internal first. We build it for our own origination and prove it there before anyone else sees it. Counterparties and professional clients who would benefit engage through the usual route, by contacting the partners.
